Class Descriptions
Full Body Workout
This full body session which targets all major muscles groups and ensuring you get the best workout from home whether you have a lot of equipment or limited
HIIT
A class that’s sure to make you sweat. HIIT involves bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises interspersed with brief periods of recovery, is a great way to get a big workout with multiple benefits in a small amount of time
Pilates
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility
Zumba
Possibly the funnest way to exercise and it doesn’t matter if you cant dance, just keep moving. You will be absolutely sweating by the end of this class but also buzzing with a big smile on your face
Upper Body & Core
Loaded with moves focused on working your whole upper body – shoulders, back, chest, triceps, biceps and core
Lower Body & Core
A real leg and glute burner while increasing core strength
Flex & Stretch
A mix of Yoga, Pilates and mobility work. Great way to finish off the week especially if you are sitting at a desk all day or just tight from daily life stressors
