My online membership programme is available as a monthly membership or a 6 monthly membership.

My aim is to get you effective and efficient workouts from home whether you have a lot or little equipment. You will get results and you will gain muscle, strength and improve your quality of life overall and have a laugh along the way.

Your membership includes access to a private members area where you will have access to 9 live classes a week – this includes upper body, lower body and full body sessions as well as HIIT, Pilates and more.

I’d love you to join me live – live workouts will be delivered via Zoom and can be accessed in your membership area.

If you can’t make a live session, don’t worry, a recording of every session will be available later. There is an online library of recorded sessions available in the members area that you can do anytime and anywhere that suits you. Whenever you have a chance to complete a workout just choose one from the on demand library and get it done in a time that suits you.

Monthly Membership – Introductory fee of €25 per month

This is a special once off introductory offer –  if you sign up in December you will keep this subscription fee until you cancel. If you sign up from January 2023 onwards it will be the usual price of €30 a month. Your membership can be cancelled anytime and access will be still available until the end of the payment period.

6 Month Membership – €165 

Your membership can be cancelled anytime and access will be still available until the end of the payment period.

Equipment needed

Weights will be needed for the majority of classes.

Who are the classes suitable for?

The classes are suitable for all abilities as modifications and progressions are shown for every exercise.

When are the live classes on?

On certain weeks there may not be a live class due to holidays or other event. You will be given notice and you will have access to all recordings.
