When you sign up for personal 1-2-1 Coaching with me you will get a personalised 12 week program tailored to your specific needs.

Included are the following:

3 – 5 day program which can be tailored to gym or home workouts

Calories & macronutrients need to help you reach your goals

Exercise videos for reference

Weekly check ins for accountability and to make adjustments where needed

Access to a private FB group

Monthly FB Lives which you can watch back at anytime
